Each preschool class is limited to 6 children per age group. During all listed preschool times we have a 2-3 year old class and a 4-5 year old class. The emphasis in the preschool program is gym safety and awareness, coordination, dynamic balance, and strength.

Recreational Schedule (5-13 years)
The recreational student to teacher ratio is 8 to 1. These 50-minute classes are small enough for instructors to tailor the curriculum for each student’s abilities. Strength and flexibility are emphasized with basic apparatus use. Classes are separated based upon gender, ability and age.

This program was developed to help children achieve their highest level of physical fitness. We focus on building their flexibility and muscles to obtain the highest level of physical fitness. This program is for athletes that participate in any sport and are looking to heighten their competitiveness and keep themselves safe from injury.

Do you have a son or daughter in an extreme sport, or that loves flipping on trampolines? This program is your answer! The best and safest way to learn is in a gymnastics school with qualified instructors. The New Hampshire Academy has been training National Caliber Aerial Skiiers and Snowboarders since 1973. Yoga Interval: 50 minutes. All levels welcome. Three sessions of yoga mixed with cardio and strength. Standing poses, salutation to the sun, and seated poses will be included in the yoga sessions.
Weight Loss and Nutritional Counseling: 45 min. Interactive meetings with Eileen Palazzolo will be held once per week (or as needed). Drop ins are welcome. Eileen will discuss different strategies for permanent weight loss - both nutritional and psychological. All information will be based on her book, Free From Perfect. All discussions are confidential. $10.00 per class $5.00 for NHAGGS Adult Fitness Members

Open Gym has evolved into an exciting new sport…’Parkour’. In order to protect the athlete, the facility & the sport from liability, personal injury, even death, guidelines MUST be followed.
These are the qualifications and 2011-2012 guidelines for trampoline training at the NHA gymnastics facility. There are three levels of expertise:
BEGINNER
1. Single somersault
2. Forward roll-from handstand
3. Backward roll-Straight arm
4. 10 bounce routines must include: full turn/back drop/front-back somersault/handspring/NO intermediate bouncing.
ADVANCED
1. Double Somersault
2. Round-off Back Tuck
3. Running Front Tuck
4. 10 Bounce routine must include: Front/back/twist/NO intermediate bouncing.
ELITE
1. 10 Bounce routine must include: Two doubles
2. Proof of personal Insurance coverage
NOTE: As a general rule, bouncing “all over” the trampoline bed to “set up” a stunt is not permitted. Stay in the middle of the bed except when dismounting.
